Tickets for first team football matches

Official Supporters Clubs can purchase their own tickets for matches in Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys de Montjuïc directly from the website. A discount on the sales price for each game will be applied automatically and handling charges are reduced to 2,5 euros per ticket. You just need your username and password to log into the purchasing section:

For most games, the website operates using Smartbooking, i.e. you can select the area of the stadium and the system will search to seat as many people together as possible, ensuring that at least two seats are side-by-side (if selected during purchasing). You can purchase up to 6 tickets at a time (as many times as you want), with the specific seats confirmed 48 hours before the match. The major advantage to the Smartbooking model is that it enables official supporters clubs to purchase tickets earlier than normal, meaning you can plan better for your members that live further afield. Furthermore, more tickets will be made available and in every zone of the stadium.

AWAY MATCHES

All requests for tickets for matches not at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys must be made by each penya member from their personal profile where they have identified themselves in the FC Barcelona penya member register. In this application you will find a list of matches for which you can pre-book tickets (if the day and time of the match has not yet been confirmed) or request them (if the time has already been confirmed). It is important to note that requesting a ticket does not guarantee allocation, since it will depend on the number available and the overall demand from penyas.. Once the penya member has made the request for a ticket for themself and/or any minor of whom he/she is the guardian, the penya manager will have to confirm or reject it. Confirmation of the ticket allocation can be seen in the application once the manager of the penya has made the payment.

Once payment for the tickets has been made, cancellations and/or refunds will not be accepted. Additionally, for security reasons, no changes can be made to the name of the ticket holder once the ticket has been assigned and collected. Responsibility for improper use of the ticket will fall on the penya and the penya member in whose name the ticket is issued.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TICKET COLLECTION

The procedure for collecting tickets for matches played away from home, both in European competitions and in La Liga or Copa del Rey (except in the case of finals) will continue to be under the same conditions:

• Tickets are personal and non-transferable and must be collected by the penya member in whose name they are issued with their ID or Passport. Authorisations from the penya or penya member will not be accepted for collection. If the tickets are for minors, they must be picked them up in person with their guardian with their identity document or family book.
• The ticket will not be given to any person other than the penya member in whose name it is issued.
• The ticket must be collected in the town/city where the match is being played. As soon as the club has this information, the penya member will receive an email with all the information about ticket collection.
• On trips where the club so considers, tickets will be delivered along with a wristband that FC Barcelona staff will place on the ticket holder as an essential condition.
