Tickets for first team football matches
Official supporters' clubs can purchase their own tickets for matches at Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys on Montjuïc directly from the website. A discount on the sales price for each game will be applied automatically and handling charges are limited to 2.5 euros per ticket. You just need your username and password to log into the purchasing section:
For most games, the website operates using Smartbooking, i.e. you can select the area of the stadium and the system will search to seat as many people together as possible, ensuring that at least two seats are side-by-side (if selected during purchasing). You can purchase up to 6 tickets at a time (as many times as you want), with the specific seats confirmed 48 hours before the match. The big advantage with the Smartbooking model is that it mean official supporters' clubs can purchase tickets earlier than normal, meaning you can plan better for your members that live further afield. Furthermore, more tickets will be made available and in every zone of the stadium.
AWAY MATCHES
Every ticket application for away matches must be made by individual supporters' club members from their own profile in the FC Barcelona supporters' club member portal. Only people with suitably registered in the supporters' club member portal for at least 6 months prior to the match can apply for tickets.
The games will be published in personal supporters' club member portal profiles and you can ask the application to notify when tickets can be requested. You will be able to apply for tickets straightaway if match kickoff has been confirmed.
Please remember that a ticket application does not mean allocation, as it depends on what tickets are available and demand from the group.

Once the supporters' club member has applied for their ticket and the ticket for the child for which they are a guardian, the person responsible at the supporters' club will confirm or reject it. Ticket allocation confirmation can be viewed in the app once the person responsible at your supporters' club has processed payment.
Once a ticket has been allocated, it cannot be changed, returned and/or cancelled... Furthermore, for security reasons, changes to the name of the ticket holder are not possible once it has been allocated and paid for. Responsibility for improper use of the ticket will fall on the supporters' club and member named on the ticket.
Each supporters' club member can only register once (despite being a member of two or more different FC Barcelona supporters' clubs or an FC Barcelona member). The IT security system will monitor for any duplicates so only one registration per applicant will be admitted (whether a supporters' club member or an FC Barcelona member).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TICKET COLLECTION
The procedure for collecting tickets for matches played away from home, both in European competitions and in La Liga or Copa del Rey (except in the case of finals) will continue under the same conditions:
- Tickets are personal and non-transferable and must be collected by the penya member in whose name they are issued with their ID or Passport. Authorisations from the penya or penya member will not be accepted for collection. Any tickets for children, must be picked up in person with their guardian with their identity document or family book.
- The ticket will not be given to any person other than the penya member in whose name it is issued.
- The ticket must be collected in the town/city where the match is being played. As soon as the club has this information, the penya member will receive an email with all the information about ticket collection.
- On trips where the club so considers, tickets will be delivered along with a wristband that FC Barcelona staff will place on the ticket holder as an essential condition.
