FC Barcelona open their UEFA Champions League 2025/2026 campaign this coming Thursday 18 September away to Newcastle, and the team won't be alone at St. James' Park. There will be 160 penya members joining them in Tyneside, most of them from international clubs.

Naturally, at the top of the list we find the Penya Blaugrana London of Great Britain, who are taking 34 fans, and as usual there is a strong Polish contingent from Fan Club Barça Polska and Penya Blaugrana de Lodz, but more surprisingly there are 13 members of the Penya Blaugrana Shanghai going to the game. 20 different Catalan penyes have members travelling.

The PB London has also organised a meeting points for blaugrana supporters at the Victoria Comet pub in Newcastle. So of you are among the supporters lucky enough to be in the city, that's the place to be from 2pm (local time) onward. Safe journey and enjoy the game!
