From the 2025/2026 season, supporters' club members who want to apply for a ticket for a football first team away match will need to have been registered in the portal for at least 6 months. The start date for that period will be when a supporters' club first approved the registration. 

Furthermore, a significant improvement has been made for Penysta Portal users. From this season onwards, supporters' club members have the option to request the system notify them when it is possible to apply for tickets for every football first team match. This means there is no more pre-booking and a user notification system is now in place.

Each supporter is permitted only one registration, regardless of membership in multiple official FC Barcelona supporter clubs or status as an FC Barcelona member. A secure IT system will detect and reject any duplicate entries, ensuring only one registration is accepted per person.
