FC Barcelona, with the intention of streamlining and being more efficient in the daily management of official penyes, has created new functionalities available to penya managers in the Manager Portal.
All the procedures that the club was carrying out through the online procedures portal, from now on can be performed from the Manager Portal section.
To access the Manager Portal, you will need to be correctly identified as FC Barcelona penya members, with an email and a mobile phone. You will also need to have been designated as managers by your club. You can access the portal to carry out the online procedures for your club by means of this link:
Specifically, the following procedures will have to be done through the Manager Portal:
- Maintenance the penya contact details
- Maintenance of details of the Board of Directors of the penya and management of any changes thereto
- Modify the penya PIN for the procedures where required
- Assignment and payment of tickets for away matches
- Address management
- Change club name
- Record of penya documents
New procedure for requesting away tickets
Among the new functionalities of this second phase of penya registration, there is a new procedure for ordering away football tickets
From now on it will be the penya member who will have to request tickets directly via their personal profile in the penya member's registry. Supporters may pre-book away tickets (if the day and time of the match has not yet been confirmed) or request them (if the time has already been confirmed).
Once the penya member has requested their tickets and/or tickets for any minor of whom he/she is the guardian, the penya manager will have to confirm or reject it. Confirmation of the allocation of ticket collection will subsequently be sent to you by email.
