Xavi and his players work out after a two-day break and with the internationals still away
There was activity this Monday at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper as the FC Barcelona gathered for training on a damp, overcast afternoon following a sunny weekend in which the players who are not away on international duty got to enjoy a welcome couple of days off.
But Xavi Hernández had the players that have remained in Barcelona out on pitch 2 for training today, where they were joined by Astralaga and Marc Casadó of Barça Atlètic, and by U19 players Cuenca and Brian Fariñas.
The focus is on the return of Liga football this coming Saturday at 9pm CET when Las Palmas will be the guests at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys.
