  • To obtain the official supporters’ membership card, you need to register, entering your username at the following link: https://myaccount.fcbarcelona.com/ and filling in all the mandatory data, including both personal data and membership data. You will receive a confirmation email that you have completed your registration together with the digital card when the manager of your supporters’ club confirms that you are associated with the club or clubs of which you are a member.

     

  • The supporters’ club card issued by FC Barcelona is free of charge for members.

  • FC Barcelona will send the virtual card by email and the physical card by postal mail.

  • If you want to receive discounts and/or exclusive promotions for the supporters’ club, such as tickets for the men’s first team, you will have to continue doing so through the club.

    If there are discounts and/or exclusive promotions for members, you can get them directly with your membership card or with your email address.

  • Yes, you will receive as many cards as clubs you belong to.

  • An email is mandatory and must be unique per person, as it will serve as a user identifier for the Barça Account. Therefore, without an email you will not be able to get a supporters’ membership card, nor will you be able to enjoy the advantages that Barça offers you.

  • A mobile phone number is required to obtain the card.

  • A Barça Account has individual purposes, and all details are validated so nobody can register different names and users under the same email address and mobile phone number. In case of minors, as they are always linked to a legal guardian, these details are not mandatory. In case of adults, each one must have a different email and a phone number so as to submit their application correctly onto the penyista register.

  • No, it is not possible. To be an official member of a supporters’ club you have to be a member. You can find out if there is an official supporters’ club near where you live on the following map: https://penyes.fcbarcelona.com/en/our-penyes/map/

  • Minors, as stated on the current laws and regulations, must be registered by their legal guardian, who is the one to validate and confirm the authorization. Therefore, in order to sign up for a minor as penyista, the legal guardian must register first their Barça Account, and they can link a minor or minors afterwards. The legal guardian does not have to be a member of a penya in order to link the minor to a supporters’ club.

  • Article 7 of Organic Law 3/2018, of September 5, on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights, regulates the consent of minors. The processing of the personal data of a minor can only be based on their consent when they are over 14 years of age. The cases in which the law requires the assistance of the holders of parental authority or guardianship to carry out the legal act or business are excepted. 2. The processing of the data of minors under fourteen years of age, based on consent, is only lawful if the holder of parental authority or guardianship is stated, to the extent determined by the holders of parental authority or guardianship.

  • The card has an identification card format where your name and surname, your supporters’ club member key and the information of the supporters’ club (name, area and credentials) will appear.

     

  • You will receive a digital card via the email address that you have provided us as soon as the manager of the supporters’ club confirms you as a supporter. And you will also receive a physical card at the postal address that you have registered.

  • The physical membership card will be sent to the address entered when you registered as a club member.

  • You can update your data at any time. You simply have to enter the application with your user credentials on a mobile, tablet or computer and from there you will be able to do it. Additionally, you can unsubscribe and manage the data of minors in case you are a guardian, as well as update the clubs to which you belong.

  • To validate a member of your supporters’ club, all you have to do is enter the application, navigate to the Penyista Area section and accept their request.

     

  • To terminate a supporter’s membership, you will have to do it through the application. Keep in mind that this will only stop them receiving the advantages that FC Barcelona grants to supporters. To terminate the membership of one of the supporters in your club, you will have to follow the processes that you have previously laid out as pertain to this matter.

     

  • Supporters’ clubs managers are the people appointed by the penya to perform as an intermediary between the Club and the supporters’ club. Each penya can have up to 4 managers, but only the first one to register (with their penya Key and PIN) will appear directly in the system with these functionalities. For the rest of the managers, The supporters’ club needs to notify the Penyes Department for the rest of the managers to be included with this profile.

  • To modify the managers of a supporters’ club, you will have to contact the Penyes Department by sending an email to penyes@fcbarcelona.cat 

  • To be involved, you need to be a member of a supporters’ club and be up to date with all the requirements established by the supporters’ club.

  • If you need help registering, you can contact the FC Barcelona Supporters’ Clubs Department on the number +34 902189900. You also have the option of contacting the managers of your club so that they can help you with the registration process. We remind you that the registration at a supporters’ club is personal, but you can ask for the help of your club with the registration process.

  • At the moment, email addresses cannot be changed through the application, since this is what links you to FC Barcelona. If you need to, get in touch with the Supporters’ Club Department and they will help you.

  • You can retrieve your current Club membership data and fill in the matching fields, allowing them to be modified. In no case does a change in this data imply a change in your Club membership data.

  • If you have completed all the registration process and there is a problem when entering your FC Barcelona membership key, it could be because you were already registered to enjoy other advantages offered by FC Barcelona, such as Barça TV+, with another email. If you cannot remember the email, or you want to change it, please contact the FC Barcelona Supporters’ Clubs Department (0034934963600) or via email at penyes@fcbarcelona.cat, and we will help you confirm the change.
