Electoral Board announces delegates to Advisory Council

Where required, elections from June 22 have decided which delegates will have a seat on the council

Online elections for delegates to the Penyes Advisory Council, which opened last June 22 have closed in the three regions where there were more than one candidate. The composition of the council is thus as follows:

High voter turnout

Voting on July 21 and 22 decided the candidates from Tarragona North, Ponent North, la Franja North and Andorra, and Lleida South and la Franja Central with 84% of penyes casting their votes.

In two regions there were no candidates, so in accordance with the new regulations, the Electoral Board has appointed managing delegates to serve the role. In Madrid, the position has been assigned to Esteban García, and in Galicia to Maria Nieves Loira.

The main role of the Advisory Council is to foster relations between their zone and the club, setting up projects to boost the representativeness and public projection of FC Barcelona around the world
