Elections open for places on Advisory Council

FC Barcelona, in accordance with the Supporters’ Clubs Regulations passed in January 2022, has opened a procedure for the election of representatives on the Supporters' Clubs Advisory Council. As from today, all presidents and /or vice-presidents of a penya who wish to represent their Territorial Zone or Group can contact the Penyes Department (penyes@fcbarcelona.cat) to request the necessary documentation to present their candidacy and resolve doubts.

Requirements to be a candidate for the Supporters' Clubs Advisory Council

The requirements are as follows:

• Be the president or vice-president of one of the supporters’ clubs in your zone, and for this to be an official FC Barcelona penya.
• Be of legal age and hold full civil rights.
• Be an FC Barcelona member.
• Not have served in this role or equivalent in the last eight years.

Potential candidates must attach to the candidacy presentation form a number of support slips that amount to a minimum of 20% of the supporters’ clubs with the right to vote in their Territorial Group.

Penyes supporting a candidate must state the name and surnames of the president of the penya, their national ID, the club they represent and their position.

Each penya can only support one candidate. In the case of any double support, neither shall be deemed valid.

To take part in the election procedure, your club must be on the list of FC Barcelona supporters’ clubs with voting rights. You may check if your club is included in this list at the following link:

If your club is not in the list of penyas with voting rights, you shall not be able to take part in the election procedure, i.e. the president cannot stand as a candidate and is not eligible for supporting another candidate and may not vote in the election.
