A big game with no less than first place in the league at stake. Barça are away to Atlético Madrid, which is always a tough place to go, and they have a two point lead over the mattress-makers at the top of the table. They cannot call on the services of Kounde, Olmo, Espart and Rodrigo for the match, but two defenders have returned to the fold.
Eric and Christensen passed fit
After missing four and six games respectively, Eric Garcia and Andreas Christensen have now been passed fit and feature in a 23 player squad.
The full list of players named for the match is Joan Garcia, Szczesny, Livakovic, Cancelo, Balde, Brian Fariñas, Cubarsí, Gavi, Fermín, Pedri, Gabriel Jesus, Lamine Yamal, Raphinha, Adeyemi, Christensen, Gordon, Gerard Martín, De Jong, Bernal, Eric, Abdelkarim, Ebrima Tunkara and Àlex Campos.
