Also known as the IHF Men's Super Globe, Barça are set to play in the handball 2026 Club World Championship from 24 September to 1 October. The tournament is taking place at the same time as a Liga Asobal gameweek, so there has been a change of date for that fixture.
The game is Barça v Ciudad Real, which was originally scheduled for 26 September at the Palau Blaugrana, and will now be played on 11 November.
Two more games subject to change
Two other games next year in March and April may also see changes.
The first is Barça v Frigoríficos del Morrazo, which is scheduled for 27 March at the Palau Blaugrana. If Barça reach the quarterfinals of the EHF Champions League, it will be brought forward to 17 March.
The other is Barça v Bidasoa Irun, scheduled for 24 April. This time the change will depend on the Basque side, who may reach the quarterfinals of the EHF European League, the second tier European competition, and will be moved to 14 April in that case.
