Any of the Barça Women team could have taken the Player of the Match award: Cata Coll made some vital saves, especially in the first half, and Salma scored twice to seal the win in the second half. However, the prize in the end went to Ewa Pajor, the Polish striker scoring the all important opening two goals in the win over OL Lyonnes.
Top scorer in the competition
The Polish striker ends the Champions League campaign with 11 goals in 10 matches, making the blaugrana top score in the competition this season, ahead of Alessia Russo of Arsenal who scored nine goals.
Seventh on all time list
The two goals in the final mean Pajor is now in seventh place on the all time list of goalscorers in the competition with a total of 44. Only ahead of her lie Ada Hegerberg (69 gols), Anja Mittag (51), Eugénie Le Sommer (50), Pernille Harder (49), Conny Pohlers (48) and Marta (46).
