What's included?

Custom pack starting from 3 matches. You can add EuroLeague and ACB games (Real Madrid only included from 15 matches onward)

Variable discount depending on the number of matches selected.

Any game, whether from ACB or EuroLeague, can be included in the pack—except for Real Madrid games, which can only be added in requests of 15 matches or more. Availability of the different matches is limited and may change at any time.

From 20% off on packs starting at 3 matches, up to 50% off for 15 or more matches.

Send your match request via email and you’ll receive a reply within 24–48 h with the discount details, applied pricing, and a payment link showing the prices by zone so you can complete your purchase.

Prices

The price of your pack will vary depending on the number of matches you purchase. Discounts range from -25 % starting at 3 matches to -50 % when buying 15 or more matches.

You can get an idea of the pricing by checking out the “All EuroLeague” and/or “All ACB” packs, which offer a -50 % discount compared to individual ticket prices for those games, or the 5- or 9-match packs, which offer discounts between -25 % and -35 %.

Can I share the tickets of the pack?

Yes, the tickets of the packs are not individual, once they are received in the buyer's email they can be forwarded to any family member or friend if the person who has acquired them cannot attend any of the games, only if it they are FCBarcelona supporter.

Buying Mechanics

To request your custom pack, send an email to packs.palau@fcbarcelona.cat. Indicate the number of matches you wish to include (tickets are guaranteed together up to 6 matches per pack), your preferred seating area, and your personal details.

Once your request is received, you will get a reply within 24–48 hours with:

• The applied discount based on the number of matches

• A payment link showing the price per zone

• Instructions to complete your purchase

After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the purchase summary, including:

• The ticket delivery method (generally by email within 24–48h before each game)

• A locator code to identify your pack

Note: Although rare, in exceptional cases, ticket delivery for any match in the pack may be delayed until 3 hours before the game.

What do we mean by tickets together? *

We will always try to assign the tickets in pairs, in the best option available at all times. Although it is unlikely, there is some minimal possibility that in high demand games depending on the volume of releases and dynamics of the FC Barcelona releases system we can only assign individual tickets even though all in the same zone as close together as possible to each other.

Most likely options in order of assignment by order:

Parcial refund in case of No classification **:

In the purchase of the packs that have included matches that depend on the team's sports career, the club will partially refund the amount of matches that, for sporting reasons, have not been necessary to play in the event of such a circumstance. An example would be the hypothetical third quarter-final match of the ACB in case of qualifying in 2 matches and/or other situations of the same type or also in case of not qualifying for the final stages of the respective competitions (Playoff ACB or Playoff EuroLeague, or any of the matches included in the respective packs) if the circumstances were given that the team did not reach these stages of the competitions. The amount of the refund would result from dividing the price of the pack between the number of games included in it and multiplying the result by the number of undisputed matches.

Save the comission fee ***

When you purchase your ticket pack, you will only pay once the comission fee, thus you will be saving the comission fees paid on the purchase of each individual ticket (2,5€). To give a practical example, when you buy two season packs of 24 games eachone, if these tickets had been purchased individually, you would've paid a total of 24*2,5€=60€ in comission fees. Meanwhile, once you buy 2 packs of 24 games, you will only pay 5€, meaning you will be saving 55€ on the purchase of the ticket packs.
