A) Application Process

All interested players must submit an application in order to be considered for participation in the program.

Applicants who are accepted must complete the registration process to confirm their participation.

If an applicant is accepted but chooses not to register, the application fee is non-refundable.

If an applicant is not accepted, the application fee will be refunded in full.

Refunds due to extraordinary circumstances, such as serious injuries, may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

B) Payment Obligations

The application fee is due at the time the application is submitted.

Registration fees may be paid either in full or through monthly installment plans. (The schedule of installments may vary depending on the date of registration.)

All outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to the trip. Players with unpaid balances will not be permitted to participate in the experience.

C) Discounts

Sibling Discount: A 10% discount will be applied to the player package for each additional sibling registered.

Companion Discount:

For two companions: $50 off per companion

For three or more companions: $75 off per companion

D) Refunds

Cancellations made within 7 days of registration are eligible for a full (100%) refund. After this 7-day period, no refunds will be issued unless the optional cancellation insurance was purchased. All refunds are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

E) Cancellation Insurance

Optional cancellation insurance is available for purchase at the time of enrollment.

F) Experience Cancellation 

In the event that the Experience needs to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, travel restrictions, insufficient enrollment, or other force majeure events), all payments made directly to us will be refunded in full.

However, we will not be held responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, such as flights, accommodation reservations, visa costs, or other travel-related expenses. We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance to protect against such losses.
