Tuesday 10 September

Friendly
USA 1-1 New Zealand
Matt Turner was again chosen ahead of Barça's young keeper Diego Kochen for this friendly in Cincinnati, in which the Kiwis snatched an equaliser in the 89th minute.

Nations League Group A3
Netherlands 2-2 Germany
This draw sees both sides tied on four points after two games, with Ter Stegen and Germany ahead on goal difference by two. The blaugrana keeper started and played the full 90 minutes.

U21 EURO Qualification Group B
Hungary U21 0-1 Spain U21
Today's win for the unbeaten Spain U21s sealed qualification for the tournament in June 2025. Pau Cubarsí played the full game while Pablo Torre played 73 minutes, with both blaugranes performing well to also help their side to its second win of the international break.

Monday 9 September

Nations League Group A2
France
2-0 Belgium
After the disappointment of defeat to Italy, Jules Kounde's side got their Nations League campaign back on track with a solid win at home to Belgium, with the Barça man playing the full ninety at centre back. Kolo Muani and former blaugrana Ousmane Dembélé claimed the goals.

Sunday 8 September

Nations League Group A1
Croatia 1-0
Poland
Defeat for Lewandowski, who played all 90 minutes of this Nations League clash in Osijek. The Barça player did have chances, but was unable to find a response to Luca Modric's 58th minute strike.

Nations League Group A4
Switzerland 1-4
Spain
A big win for La Roja in Geneva with Lamine Yamal and Pedri both starting but departing the game early. Yamal had a brilliant first half, giving the assist for Joselu's opener after just 4 minutes, but would later be replaced by his club colleague Ferran Torres. Playing with ten men after Le Normand was red carded, Spain still managed to win comfortably, with the fourth and final goal coming from the foot of Torres himself.

Saturday 7 September

Friendly
USA
1-2 Canada
18-year-old Diego Kochen was on the bench in Kansas as the USMNT lost at home to their northern neighbours for the first time since 1957.

Nations League Group A3
Germany 5-0 Hungary
Ter Stegen's side ran riot in Dusseldorf, with goals from Füllkrug, Musiala, Wirtz, Pavlović and Havertz (pen) getting them off to a flying start in the Nations League. Following Manuel Neuer's retirement from international football, the Barça stopper is finally the number one choice in goal for Germany, and naturally he played the full 90 of this splendid encounter.

Scotland U21 1-2 Spain U21
Pau Cubarsí played the full game and Pablo Torre played 76 minutes as the Spain U21 side beat second placed Scotland to go six points clear in the group.

Blaugrana striker Lewandowski captained the team, scored the second and played 72 minutes, as Poland went on to win in added time to get their campaign off to the best possible start.

Nations League Group A4
Serbia 0-0 Spain
Despite the best efforts of blaugrana forward Lamine Yamal in a match both he and Dani Olmo started, Serbia held out for a draw to frustrate Spain. Pedri and Ferran Torres came on after 76 and 82 minutes respectively.
