Wholehearted support from the penyes in Plzen

The Penya Barcelonista Lleó de Dues Cues (Czech Republic) organise a dinner, attended by Josep Ignasi Macià, with a get together for Barça fans planned for today.

Barça will have the support of 361 penya members at today's game in Plzen. These include the Czech fans - represented by the Penya Barcelonista Lleó de Dues Cues - who will ensure the Doosan Arena stands are blaugrana.

To celebrate the upcoming match, the PB Lleó de Dues Cues committee organised an evening meal yesterday to welcome the Barça delegation, represented by Josep Ignasi Macià from the FC Barcelona Board of Directors on this occasion. The meal saw the host penya present their new flag that they want to take to stadiums around the world to show their support for Barça. The Club was also presented with some typical Bohemia crystal glasses from the area that were made specially to commemorate the game.

During the speeches, PB Lleó de Dues Cues president, Pavel Misar, thanked the director for joining them at the event, considered very important for growing Barça support throughout central Europe. Josep Ignasi Macià highlighted the importance of having so many fans so far away from the Spotify Camp Nou and that he was taken aback by the passion that Barça arouses in the country and the tremendous loyalty to the colours among the Czech penya members.

Prematch get together later on today for penya members and fans

The Penya Barcelonista Lleó de Dues Cues has organised a get together for Barça fans from 5pm local time in the Svejk Plzen Restaurant prior to the match. They are hoping to be joined by penya members travelling from Hungary, Slovenia, Poland, Germany and Belgium, with a significant number expected to be at in the stadium.
