Keeping a Supporters' Club active
For the proper operation and coordination of the supporters' clubs movement, all that is established by the Barcelona Supporters' clubs Regulations (available from the supporters’ clubs website) must be safeguarded

To keep a Supporters Club active, special care must be taken to comply with the obligation of sending the OAP each year between January and June, the following documentation:
► Minutes of annual assembly.
► Update of the number of members.
► Matches attended in the previous year, either played by the first team or other sports teams.
► Celebrations, events or ceremonies participated in, either as organiser or through attendance.
The need to provide this information accurately implies that the absence of the aforesaid documentation, in addition to any failure to comply with the Regulations, will be considered sufficient reason for the Supporters Club to be classified as “inactive”.
